We have an opportunity for a Territory Account Manager in Czech Republic as we grow our markets into sectors like Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing and Healthcare.

Our Territory Account Manager will be a hardworking sales professional with knowledge of the channels and wider customer eco-system needed to further develop the market for Zebra's portfolio to offer innovative solutions and software to our customers!

Responsibilities:

Exploring and developing sales into existing key customers combined with a mix of new customers to further build the growth in the region.

Building a strong network of contacts in our main existing sectors like Retail, Government, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing and Healthcare to uncover opportunities and evangelize our market-leading range of products and solutions.

You will join a highly motivated and encouraging team in Czech Republic; forming relationships with customers to drive brand preference for Zebra’s solutions.

You will, together with your Czech/Slovak colleagues, be part of the wider South East European team. Collaborating between countries and colleagues will be critical for common success and as our portfolio is wide-ranging, you will also collaborate with international colleagues across EMEA.

  • Actively engage end-user accounts to identify, develop, and enhance sales opportunities driving incremental revenue for Zebra.

  • Enthusiastically sell Zebra’s portfolio into relevant markets.

  • Identify partners to drive account growth ensuring the broadest partner, ISV and alliance ecosystem. Executing the go-to-market strategy for partners in collaboration with the rest of the channel team and other Sales team

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.

  • Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.

  • Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.

  • Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.

  • Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.

  • Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.

  • Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications:

We're looking for an outstanding team-player who loves to collaborate to get results; curious in nature and with an inventive, determined attitude. And this role will be based in Prague.

Demonstrable understanding of end-user customers and relevant partners needs in the relevant sectors is essential.

Key Skills:

Experienced in selling technology solutions to Retail, Transport & Logistics, Manufacturing and Healthcare is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent Czech and English language skills are required.

Calculation skills and experience of ROI models is important.

Experience of operating successfully in a multinational, matrix organisation will be an advantage.

A self-starter with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
