The Channel Program Advisor works closely with our Global channel strategy, business unit, and regional sales teams to identify high growth opportunities for development and expansion of the Zebra channel ecosystem in APAC. This role will support the development, design, and implementation of channel programs tailored to the most effective channel and methods available to meet the needs of targeted customers. Working cross-functionality this role is responsible for creation, execution and on-going measurement for channel programs ensuring the program continues to meet Zebra’s company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the collaboration with Global Channel Strategy, Business Units and the Regional Vertical and Sales teams to build a channel ecosystem strategy based upon market requirements.

  • Supports the regional alignment of development strategies for the PartnerConnect program.

  • In collaboration with the Global Channel Strategy team, develops the business requirements to provide guidance to operations teams needed to operationally support new partner segments.

  • Coordinates the development of an approach to educate and enable new partner participation within the PartnerConnect program.

  • Supports the development of PartnerConnect program materials working with marketing and communications to aid in the program advancement.

  • Partners closely with the Global Pricing to ensure Zebra has a competitive partner margin proposition for new channel segments.

  • Work with channel operations and communications teams to develop program implementation schedules, including external and internal communications and training sessions.

  • T racking and reporting on the progress of the program.

  • Provide input for partner events in support of strategic program goals, including regional Partner Advisory Councils (PACs).

  • Work with the region to develop, manage and implement tactical channel initiatives, as required.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Education:

  • Degree or Disciplined in Business Administration or Marketing

Minimum Work Experience (years):

  • 6+ years’ experience in channel management/development/marketing with multiple types of indirect channels; 3+ years’ experience of designing and developing channel strategies and programs

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven understanding of channel and sales processes, systems, tools

  • Strong business acumen, with a good sense for practicalities

  • Analytical and detail-oriented

  • Strong interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills

  • Demonstrates high degree of initiative and complex problem-solving skills

  • Team player, and ability to facilitate change and engage others in execution of strategic goals

  • Problem solving and negotiation skills

  • Effective presentation skills

  • Multilingual – Preferred/ added advantage

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
