The role involves translating business problems into Business Requirements, User Experience, and Interface Design, and leading project implementations by supporting Functional Requirements, User Test Scripts, CRP Plans, Data Migration Plans, and Training and Tools Support. It combines global design and planning with project management. Responsibilities include developing and supporting global sales tools, including Salesforce (SFDC).

This team member will act as the sales business lead on configuration, training, and maintenance for global CRM, PRM platforms, sales playbooks, and other cloud-based tools. They will work closely with sales, marketing, and sales operations to design, implement, and support sales enablement tools globally!

Responsibilities:

  • Will manage a small team of business analysts.

  • Own and develop the Lead to Quote Business Processes and lead projects as assigned.

  • Seek out ways to utilize Salesforce.com platform to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support and organization scaling at a rapid pace.

  • Primary global lead to provide direction and support in the areas of user support/training, change control, interface design, data quality, requirements gathering and reporting, user management, customization of fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports and dashboards, report and dashboard development, and data management

  • Proficient in handling technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and related procedures and assist in the development of technologies to create solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions.

  • Guide regional administration of cloud based solutions like SFDC to meet overall objectives of implementation and provide industry recommendations and guidance

  • Define, communicate, and support a change management (release) process.

  • Manage prioritization of change requests and projects in conjunction with other functions

  • Manage and maximize ROI from engaged vendors.

  • Influence team members on user experience and design and provide technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with an extensive amount of experience in project management leading technology implementations, whether that has been in a B2B space; software or hardware we are interested in you! Other skills we are looking for are:

  • Supervisory experience managing a virtual team

  • Business Process Mapping and Business Analyst Experience

  • Understanding of the Salesforce.com and connected sales tools eco-systems

  • Previous experience with writing processes and supporting new testing

  • Critical business problem solving

  • Experience in planning and deployment of sales tools on a global basis including cloud based solutions like SFDC or CPQ
