Administers and monitors day-to-day technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
Responsibilities:
Administers globally desktop systems by central tools and manages standards and the compliance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Performs L3 advanced-level remote installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, in a heterogeneous environment on-prem and cloud (Windows365).
Establishes and maintains standards for passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment through central management tools.
Communicates technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
Recommends hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
Participates in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
Participates in training creation and conducts training programs designed to educate an organization’s computer users.
Internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
Collaborates with the team regarding company-wide solutions.
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree required orBachelor's in Engineering . Advanced
Degree preferred.
Preferred Work Experience (years): 4-7 years of experience
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills
Experience with end user issues
Demonstrated technical experience with Jamf, Landscape, Intune,
Demonstrated experience working independently and collaboratively on projects
Demonstrated experience trouble shooting
Broad knowledge of applicable IT systems/applications :SCCM, VDI, Intune, A/AD
Experience in documenting and maintaining up to date systems procedures
Advanced analytical skills (on escalation path from L2 teams)
Demonstrated Project Management skills
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment
Experience identifying and implement process improvements
